Mike is vice president of sales and marketing for Willard Agri-Service, covering the Mid-Atlantic geography. He has worked in the retail farm supply business in multiple roles for 30+ years. He leads a team of 34 Farm Performance Advisors and maintains his professional credentials as a Certified Crop Adviser and a Certified Nutrient Management Consultant. Mike’s passion for ag started with growing up on a poultry and grain farm on the lower Eastern Shore of Maryland. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in agricultural economics and farm business management. Mike lives in Camden-Wyoming, Delaware, and is happily married to his wife Jen. He is the proud father of two adult children Nathaniel and Abigail.
