Houston, we have a tour!

Let the countdown begin for the NASA Johnson Space Center Tour, Houston’s top attraction! The Johnson Space Center, with the largest collection of artifacts in the southwestern US, has been fueling curiosity and innovation through the history of America’s human space-flight program since 1992.

Immerse yourself in exhibits like Rocket Park, where one of only three of the remaining actual Saturn V rockets is displayed, to get a glimpse into the life of a NASA astronaut! Or, explore Historic Mission Control from which NASA led Gemini and Apollo missions, including the first lunar landing.

With more than 400 space artifacts including flown spacecraft and the largest collection of moon rocks on public display, Space Center Houston offers an array of exciting attractions for people of all ages.

Attractions feature historic spacecraft displays, including the Apollo 17 command module and a replica of the original space shuttle aircraft.

Get ready for interactive exhibits including a space shuttle simulator and virtual reality (VR) lab where you'll experience space missions, spacewalks, and astronaut training.

The visit will also include a choice of Tram Tours to get a behind-the-scenes look at human space exploration. Tour participants will discover the Space Vehicle Mockup Facility where NASA astronauts train and where scientists are developing the next generation of space exploration vehicle.

The tour includes roundtrip transportation, with a guide onboard to share interesting and unique facts about Houston and the Space Center. A box lunch will be provided on the return trip to the hotel.

Join us Thursday morning in the Expo to learn even more about space from former NASA Astronaut Mike Mullane.
