ARA partnered with ANDAV, our sister association in Brazil, and its ag retailer members to host an educational tour to Brazil that will begin August 5. All ARA members are invited to this unique tour, but seats are limited.

Participants will visit local agribusinesses and attend the ANDAV Congress, an annual meeting twice as large as ARA’s Conference & Expo. Check out the Expo Hall map to see who else will be there.

What to Expect

A select number of the participants will even have an opportunity to be on a panel at the ANDAV Congress to share insights with our peers in South America’s largest economy. 

For several years ARA has been cultivating a relationship with our sister association in Brazil (ANDAV) and its ag retailer members. The pace of change in business structure and technology in Brazil is as fast if not faster than those changes underway in the US. 

The itinerary has been arranged with two options. 

Longer 10-Day Itinerary (Aug. 5-15)

Choose the longer 10-day itinerary if you have the time and want to see more of the country, including some stops in southern Brazil.

Shorter 5-Day Itinerary (Aug. 5-9)

Choose the shorter 5-day itinerary if your calendar cannot accommodate a 10-day trip.

Pricing

Register online and pay the $500 deposit by April 1, 2023. ARA will invoice each registrant for the balance of the trip cost on June 1, 2023.

A minimum of 15 people must participate for the trip to proceed. If a sufficient number of registrations has not been received by April 5, 2023, the trip will be cancelled and deposits refunded. 

The final trip cost will depend the number of participants, and the more participants who register, the lower the price. Reference the chart below for the estimated cost per person.

  • 9 nights accommodation (full itinerary) in a good 3-star hotels with breakfast (3 nights for short itinerary)
