The Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) unites its members and their interests to advocate and educate on their behalf, provide services to improve their businesses, and preserve their freedom to operate and innovate, ensuring a safe and plentiful food supply for all.

ARA reached out to Undercover Tourist to allow Conference attendees to buy discounted tickets for Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, as well as for other hotel reservations.

All conference events will take place at the host hotel, the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort, unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

The hotel room block rate is guaranteed through Nov. 2. Reservations made after will be accepted on a space-available basis & may be at the hotel's prevailing rate.

Attendees may claim a total of 12.5 CEUs for attending sessions. Find the CEU sign up sheet at the back of the room for the sessions available for credit.

Note: Tickets must be purchased separately from the ARA Conference & Expo, and must be made with personal funds to remain in compliance with federal regulations. ARA has determined that international guests may purchase a ticket as long as you do not purchase any items in our silent or live auctions.

Those who have attended our conference in the past may remember that we have not been able to invite you to attend our Dinner & Auction event on Wednesday evening. This special event requires a separate ticket and is used to raise money for our Political Action Committee (PAC). Since these PAC funds are contributed to the election campaigns of federal legislators, our government rules do not allow non-US citizens to participate.

However, we have determined that our international guests may purchase a ticket and attend the event as long as you do not purchase any items in our silent or live auctions. If you would like to purchase a ticket and attend that special event you are now welcome and invited to do so.

Yes! There will be silent auction items available. U.S. citizens may bid on silent auction items starting Sunday, Nov. 26 using the Handbid mobile app. 

Download the Handbid app to your device and register to be eligible to bid.

  1. From your device's app store, search for and download the Handbid app.
  2. Open the app and create an account if you don't already have one by entering your information and the PIN received via text.
  3. In Handbid, search "ARAPAC" and click to "register" to be eligible to bid.

Note: International registrants are not allowed to bid on live or silent auction items due to federal regulations regarding PAC donations.

The Agricultural Retailers Association Political Action Committee (ARAPAC) is the political arm of the Agricultural Retailers Association (ARA) and is a powerful tool in representing the agricultural retailer industry on the federal level. Funds from ARAPAC contributions allow ARA staff and members to attend political events and financially support members of Congress running for office that support our industry. A strong PAC is essential to influencing public policy and advocating for the agricultural retailers and distributors who work to produce the nation’s food, feed, fiber, and fuel.

ARA will only refund registration fees if the registration is canceled before Nov. 1, 2023. After that date, unfortunately, we are not able to refund any registration fees. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Members of ARA include leading cooperative and independent retailers and distributors of crop inputs, production tools and services; suppliers of seed, equipment, fertilizer, pesticide, technology and capital; and affiliated organizations such as universities, government agencies or associations.

The main events of the ARA Conference will be recorded for post-event viewing to attendees and ARA members only. This will not be a hybrid event.

ARA has arranged for a translation service that can translate English into up to 30 different languages simultaneously, so we can provide French, Portuguese and Spanish live translations of the presentations. 

You will need to bring your mobile phone and use a QR code which we will provide to access the service. Translated text will appear on the screen of your phone as the presenter speaks. If you would also like to hear the presentation, please make sure to bring headphones or AirPods to connect to your phone, and you will be able to hear translated speech in your language of choice.

We expect to have guests from Brazil, France, Argentina and Canada – and maybe Mexico – in attendance at this year’s event.  

Generally, ARA will provide transportation at each of the special events except if they are less than a 10-minute walk.

  • Alligator Airboat Adventure & Wildlife Park shuttle departs at 9 a.m. Tuesday from Bus Portico
  • Winter Park Tour shuttle departs at 9 a.m. Wednesday from Bus Portico
  • Dinner & Auction shuttle departs at 6:10 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. Wednesday from Windsong Porte Cochere
  • Post-Conference Tour: Publix Super Markets shuttle departs at 1 p.m. Thursday from Bus Portico

ARA attendees may use a complimentary shuttle from the Hyatt to Disney Springs on Tuesday, Nov. 28.

ARA has a limited amount of space available for side meetings. Meeting space is complimentary for Diamond (one full day) and Platinum sponsors (one half day). If space remains, it will be allocated to Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors at a rate of $400 for a half day, and $750 for a full day.
