Ryan Wolf is an agronomy leader with more than 20 years of experience helping agricultural retailers and growers improve agronomic performance through research, innovation, and practical field solutions. Since joining WinField United in 2003, Ryan has held numerous agronomy and leadership roles supporting customers across the United States.

As Agronomy Lead for WinField United, Ryan works at the intersection of agronomy, innovation, and customer engagement. He leads initiatives that connect agronomic research with real-world application, helping develop strategies, programs, and experiences that enable retailers, agronomists, and growers to make more informed management decisions. Ryan has played a key role in the evolution of WinField United's Answer Plot® platform and has been actively involved in the development and advancement of Oz, helping create scalable tools and experiences that bring agronomic insights to customers in new and impactful ways.

Throughout his career, Ryan has been passionate about agronomic education, field research, and knowledge transfer. He has extensive expertise in crop production, weed management, plant nutrition, and agronomic systems, and has spent countless hours training agronomists, sales teams, retailers, and growers. His work focuses on translating complex research into practical recommendations that drive both agronomic and business results.

Ryan earned a Master of Science degree in Weed Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Science from South Dakota State University.
