The JW Marriott Austin is the official host hotel of the 2026 ARA Conference & Expo. All conference events will take place at the host hotel unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

ARA’s room block is available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at $295 plus applicable taxes per night, depending on accommodations. ARA only uses Convention Housing Management (CHM) as its official partner for room reservations. You may also email ara@chmrooms.com or call 408-918-4200 to book. Please note: ARA’s discounted rate is not guaranteed for reservations made after Nov. 9. Reservations made after Nov. 9 will be accepted on a space-available basis, and cancellations made after Monday, Nov. 2, are subject to a $25 processing fee. |

Please beware of Scams
It has come to ARA's attention that a group going by the name of "Total Trip Planners" is illegally soliciting our conference attendees for fraudulent room reservations in an attempt to scam them.
ARA's official room reservation partner is Convention Housing Management (CHM). Only use ARA's official room reservation above to book a room at the JW Marriott Austin with ARA's room rate.
