The Grand America is the official host hotel of the 2025 ARA Conference & Expo. All conference events will take place at the host hotel unless otherwise noted on the agenda.

Booking Your Room

Online Housing for the 2025 ARA Conference & Expo has closed. All reservations have been transferred to The Grand America Hotel, and CHM no longer has access to any of the reservations. Please contact the hotel directly at 800-437-5288.

Cancellations made after Monday, Nov. 3, are subject to a $25 processing fee.

It has come to our attention that a group going by the name of "Trade Show Planners" is illegally soliciting our conference attendees for fraudulent room reservations in an attempt to scam them. 

ARA's official room reservation partner is Convention Housing Management (CHM). Only use the information provided to book a room at the Grand America with ARA's room block rate.
